By the end of this module, you will be able to: Explain how change has changed over the 3 industrial ages we have experienced in this generation, Describe and apply "New vs Old" power models for leaders and organisations, Define and explain Radical Change and the importance of human-centred design and behavioural science in an age of digital transparency and democratised technology, Define, demystify and explain change management to those who are unfamiliar with our profession, Explain our 3 step methodology for inclusive and co-created change approaches, Explain and consider the 4 non-negotiables in change, Explain human behaviour and responses in context of any change we face

Module 2: Radical Change – The Beautiful Basics
By the end of this module you will be able to: Explain and unpack the elements of Radical Change and justify new approaches to change with reference to macro trends Define and demystify human-centred design Use your first human-centred design tool (Rose-Thorn-Bud) Explain the beautiful and universal basics of change management Uphold the 4 non-negotiables of Radical Change

Module 3: Navigating Change the Human-Centric Way
By the end of this module, you will be able to: Explain the 3 phases of our Change Diagnostic methodology Name the individual steps within each phase of our Change Diagnostic methodology

Module 4: Probing – Co-Creating a Compelling Change Narrative
By the end of this modules, you will be able to: Explain why having a have a compelling change narrative is so important when it comes to change Describe the elements of a good narrative and the 5W model Co-create a change narrative using a concept poster

Module 5: Probing – Scoping & Levels of Change
By the end of this module, you will be able to: Explain the McKinsey 7S model Scope the change using the Change Radar human-centred design toolkit

Module 6: Probing – Defining Measures of Success
By the end of this module, you will be able to: Explain the ROI Institute V-model Apply the V-Model framework in workshopping measures of success Access the V-Model and Data Collection plan templates to assist you using using the framework

Module 7: Deep Dive – Stakeholder Mapping
By the end of this learning modules, you will be able to: - explain the importance of a stakeholder mapping - demystify and define influence vs impact for your clients - Use a stakeholder matrix HCD exercise to strategise your change approach

Module 8: Deep-Dive – Change Impact Assessment
By the end of this module, you will be able to: - demystify what a change impact assessment is - explain our Earth2Mars C.A.R.E. approach to your clients - explain the COPPSE model in context of change impacts - introduce an importance difficult matrix - use HCD Round Robyn and Important Difficulty Matrix to facilitate a co-created change impact analysis

Module 9: Deep-Dive – Comms Channel Analysis
By the end of this module, you will be able to: -explain what a comms channel analysis is and why it is important to perform it -define and destinguish between project vs BAU comms for your stakeholders -capture BAU comms channels using our template

Module 10: Deep-Dive – Learning Needs Analysis
By the end of this module, you will be able to: - explain what a learning needs analysis is and why it is important to perform it - explain the ADDIE model for learning and where the learning needs fits within this methodology - capture learning needs using our template

Module 11: Shaping – Co-creating the Change Approach & Plans
By the end of this module, you will be able to: - explain the importance of converging and shaping your findings into a comprehensive change strategy & plan - connect the dots and summarise how the different HCD outputs come together to form the change strategy & plans - use HCD to co-create and shape the plan via Andrew's practical "method to madness" - link with other traditional approaches to change - download our skeleton pack to get you started
