AI vs Human Intelligence | Is It Game-Over For Humans Leading Change?

February 23 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

$10.00
What it’s about:

Since late 2022, our social feeds have been bombarded with OpenAI’s latest release of ChatGPT which the mainstream media are calling AI. Here we are, in 2023 asking ourselves again, what will this mean for us working in change, communications, learning & development and leadership?

Somewhere in between the doomsday prophecies and the nay-sayers is an incredible space for conversation about this latest development in “Artificial Intelligence” and how this sizes up with our tremendous potential as human beings to innovate, co-create and collaborate. This is where one of our key biological human features comes in.

According to the Neurodiversity hub, Neurodiversity refers to the virtually infinite neuro-cognitive variability within Earth’s human population. It points to the fact that every human has a unique nervous system with a unique combination of abilities and needs.

While this term is often confused with neuro distinctions or neuro minorities, we take a broader view and inclusive view in innovation. When we bring diverse perspectives and experiences using design thinking and collaborative technology, magic happens and we are able to solve some of the universe’s biggest challenges.

Our experience in successful change done well, has shown that inclusive and neurodiverse approaches to leading change within organisations yield incredible results. When we layer on top AI and technology tools, the impact is much greater and enables our teams to work more effectively across countries.

In the session we’ll unpack:

  • What do we mean by terms like “neurodiversity” and “artificial intelligence”?
  • How does ChatGPT stack up against this?
  • What role does “neurodiversity” play in the complex world we currently live in?
  • What are the limitations and advantages of both human creativity and technology?
  • Is ChatGPT the end of jobs for millions or an opportunity to be embraced?

Join us for the next instalment of Space for Change where behavioural technology meets the power of our human skills and abilities to adapt and change.
