What it’s about:

Despite decades of discussions about ways to build change leadership, the gap between aspiration and reality remains staggeringly wide.

The burning questions persist.

What crucial elements are we overlooking? Where are we faltering in our approach?

As we constantly strive to untangle complex change challenges head-on there is a missing link between leading and managing change.

Join this Space for Change webinar for a critical examination of change leadership and management through a panel discussion that challenges the status quo and explores innovative approaches.

  • During this session, our expert panellists will explore:Reevaluating Change Leadership:

What are we still missing in developing effective change leaders? We dive into the persistent gaps in preparation and guidance for leaders facing complex changes, asking what can be done differently.

  • Personal Change Management:

Emphasising the role of self-management in navigating change to build capability. What skills do we need to elevate ourselves in high-pressure environments where the pace and volume of change are relentless?

  • Neuroleadership in Change:

From the perspective of neuroleadership and science, what new insights can we leverage to enhance leadership qualities? We will highlight how understanding the brain can influence leadership behaviours and decision-making processes.

  • Practical Insights and Innovations:

What works in change management? The collective experiences, practical tips, failures and what to avoid, and new thinking to reshape how we approach change.
