Over the past 8 years, she has led change management efforts for multinational companies running complex global projects such as technology deployments, process improvements, and organisational revamps.
A Prosci-certified change practitioner, she holds additional qualifications in Agile change management and change portfolio management, and has an academic background in political science, sociology, and international studies. Currently based in her native Romania, Paula has also lived and studied in Canada and the Netherlands.
