For over 20 years, Troy has led transformation teams through programs, projects, and change management for some of Australia’s leading and emerging brands. His expertise spans across a diverse range of industries, including technical, education, communication, finance, insurance, automotive, medical, and marketing sectors.

While throwing people face first off the top of buildings and jumping to the concrete after them, as an abseiling instructor, he became curious about neuroscience. Having gone on to achieve an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership, as a compelling speaker, educator, and empathetic leader, Troy unveils the intricacies of our mysterious brains.
