What it’s about:

Are you tired of the endless debates about transformation methodologies? Do you want to know what really works on the ground, in the real world? Then join us for the “Methodology Wars” – a virtual panel discussion that will uncover the secrets of complementary and conflicting methods.

Our panel of experts will take you on a journey through the ages, exploring the evolution of transformation methodologies. But this isn’t just a history lesson – our experts will get real about what works (and what doesn’t) in transformation. You’ll learn how to navigate the confusing and polarising debates that dominate social media, and how to integrate multiple methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.

In the true Space for Change™ spirit, expect thought-provoking insights, and even a few surprises along the way. So, whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, join us to uncover the secrets and learn how to find a way out of the war and into peace with a way forward.

In this session you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different methodologies in transformation
  • Uncover the secrets of complementary and conflicting strategies for successful change implementation
  • Learn real-life examples and experiences on how to integrate multiple methodologies to achieve successful outcomes
