Join our global panel of human-centric, inclusive and collaborative Change-o-Nauts. They’re making a huge difference in the change universe by creating REAL cultures of psychological safety within their teams and organisations. At this upcoming session, they’ll be sharing their lessons learned, both in getting this right as well as getting this wrong.

• Introduce our global panel of leaders and open up a group discussion on real ways to harness the power of a psychologically safe change approach.
• Facilitate a group Q&A to share real and practical ways to address the challenge from a broad, inter-continental community of participants.
