What it’s about: 

The pandemic catapulted learning and development to the front of the line in many organisations. Teams needed to adapt to a virtual world and become comfortable working remotely almost overnight. Two years on from the start of the pandemic, L&D (Learning and Development) experts have gathered significant data and learned some very important lessons about how to best deliver a human centered learning experience in a hybrid agile world. 

One of those lessons has been in how we can leverage the latest learning technologies and human-centered approach to maximise learning effectiveness, especially during digital transformation projects. 

Now more than ever,  digital transformation projects are challenged by how to better engage learners, increase user acceptance and adoption of the software application and reduce the time it takes to design, develop and deliver training. 

In this session, we will introduce you to a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and showcase how creating learning experiences, not just training content, will provide a human-centered approach to training users on new software that is a win for the business, L&D and learners.

About the presenters

Veronica has more than 20 years of experience across financial services & banking, professional services, government, higher education and vocational education. She is the Founder of V Training Australia – one of Australia’s top L&D consultancy with successful projects completed for Macquarie Group, Westpac, Toyota Financial Services, First Mortgage Services, Woolworths, QANTAS, Australian Federal Government and University of Technology, Sydney. Delivering 40+ digital transformation projects nationally and internationally so far, her passion for new learning technologies and trends allows her learning to be delivered in engaging and contemporary ways. Such as data analytics, just-in-time learning approaches and customised learning experiences.

She’s also passionate about netball and football, spending her spare time with her daughter Valentina and two mini schnauzers, Chico and Charlie.
