Yet, how many of us have had a good honest conversation with our teams about the reality of applying this?
We are seeing that there is not one recipe for success (or failure) but many more, plus a whole range of real risks and challenges that we’re all facing today. The truth is, many business leaders and teams are still grappling to find the ‘right’ way or ‘balanced’ way to hybrid without negatively impacting the business on a finance, operational, people and culture level.

About the presenters
Anurag is currently the Compliance and Continuous Improvement Director at Group Colleges Australia. She believes that risk is at the forefront of all things in business. This is why she is passionate about demystifying risk. She is a writer and commentator and is a practicing lawyer in the state of NSW. She is also a board member of the Australian Risk Policy Institute and Chair of its education committee.
Gaurav’s passion is to help as many people find the career that they deserve and land in the right job that aligns with their strengths and skills. He is the founder of ‘Finding a job in Australia Meetup’ and is a seasoned project manager with expertise in delivering complex projects across business and technology. He plays an active role in the Australian project delivery community, and speaks at events, volunteering for both professional and social causes.
Samantha believes in the power of people, that they can reimagine and create abundance in their lives, for others and the world we live in. With 20+ years of transformation experience, her experience and learned wisdom of helping organisations create workplace experiences that empower people to be their best selves, professionally, personally and collectively, has fostered a passion for championing change as a practice of exploration and embracing the power of human centricity. The world is full of limitless possibilities. We need to inspire people to believe that they confidently tackle the challenges that life presents and celebrate the joys that it brings.
Dr. Temre Green’s background spans 20 years in organisational psychology, management consulting, change management and corporate leadership. She has spent the last 2.5 years working in remote and hybrid settings leading dispersed teams through big changes. Temre believes hybrid working is the future, but she recognises the reality of this means there is more change ahead! She’s keen to make it work with a human touch so people feel connected virtually.
Cristina, Founder of Cristina Herrera Consulting, is fiercely committed to navigating through life and business with a hand-on-heart approach. Cristina is an industry thought leader, speaker, growth coach, educator and mentor in Organisational Change Management and Workplace Strategy with a wealth of global cross-cultural experience.
