Earth 2 Mars Change Management Course Terms and Conditions.
By registering for the Earth 2 Mars change course, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.
Registration
Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST.
Your registration is confirmed when you receive an email notification and receipt from the organiser, Earth-2-Mars Pty Ltd (“E2M”).
Payment
All payments must be received in full by E2M prior to the commencement of the course and in any event prior to the learning day. If full payment is not received by this time, you will not be allowed to attend the learning day or otherwise take or complete the course.
You acknowledge and agree that, in the event that the registration fees or any part thereof are not paid and are overdue and E2M, in its sole discretion, considers it necessary or otherwise appropriate to engage a debt collection agency or a solicitor to collect the outstanding amount, all costs associated with any such debt recovery action will be added onto the outstanding debt and will be payable by you.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to E2M, by email to space@earth2mars.com.au.
If you cancel the registration fifteen (15) days or more before the learning day, the registration fees will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations fourteen (14) days or less before the learning day, however, substitute delegates will be accepted without any additional charge if notified at least seven (7) days before the learning day.
Code of conduct
At all E2M courses and events the highest standards of respectful and supportive behaviour are expected. This includes treating all fellow attendees and staff fairly and with dignity, courtesy and respect and not engaging in any conduct which a reasonable person would deem to be unwelcome, offensive, humiliating or intimidating. You understand that if your behaviour is deemed unacceptable by E2M during the course, your enrolment may be cancelled, you may be asked to leave the course and may not be entitled to any refund.
Photography/filming at courses/events
Participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, filmed and/or recorded at E2M courses/events and consent to such photographs, films, recordings or derivative material being used in E2M publications and promotional materials. If you do NOT wish your image or recording to be used, please advise E2M of that in advance, by email to space@earth2mars.com.au, and then make yourself known to E2M staff prior to the commencement of the course/event.
Course certification
Following a successful completion of the course, E2M will issue you with a course completion certificate. You acknowledge and understand that the E2M course is not certified or accredited by any third party organisation nor part of any accreditations and/or qualifications framework.
Changes to the course/event
E2M reserves the right at any time to change the format, content, speakers, location and timing or any other aspect of the course or event.
Course/event postponement/cancellation
E2M reserves the right at any time to postpone or cancel the course/event or any part of the course/event, and will not be liable to the attendee for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered as a result.
If the course/event is cancelled or postponed by E2M, attendees will be notified in writing and will be refunded the registration fee.
Intellectual property
You understand and agree that all course/event materials, howsoever described, and including, but not limited to, lessons and any related material/s provided or supplied by E2M are and shall remain copyright and the intellectual property of E2M and/or any third party (if any). You acknowledge and understand that you will not obtain any intellectual property rights in relation to any such materials and, further, that unauthorised copying, distribution or use of any such material may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (as amended from time to time) and/or any other applicable laws, anywhere in the world.
Privacy
You understand and accept that the collection of personal information and details is primarily so that we can register you and/or your colleagues for the course/event and/or otherwise in relation to the course/event. The information will be stored in the E2M database and may be used for future marketing of E2M courses/events and may also be provided to the course/event sponsors or other third parties in relation to the course/event. If you do not wish your details to be made available to external parties (to the extent that that is possible without affecting your participation in the course/event), we ask that you notify us in advance and in writing, by email to space@earth2mars.com.au.
E2M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will provide the most recent version on our website or a web page relating to the course/event.
